A bidirectional message channel between one client and the hub.

This is the collaboration-specific specialization of the generic Transport<T> from @plim/transports — Transport === Transport<CollabMessage>. Existing code that writes implements Transport keeps working unchanged (the shape is identical), and any generic @plim/transports wire (MemoryBus, BroadcastChannelTransport, WebSocketTransport) that carries CollabMessage is assignable here for free.
