HubClient

One connected client, from the hub’s perspective: a sink the hub pushes
canonical and awareness messages into. Wrap any duplex channel (a WebSocket, a
worker port, an in-process queue) as a HubClient and feed its inbound
messages back to the hub via CollabHub.receive.
